Indian Block-Printing Cushion Cover

This workshop is perfect if you've block-printed before, but also if it's your first time! Absolutely no experience, or artistic skills needed - just come and relax and have a crafty time with cake!

Starting with a coffee or tea you can explore the wide range of beautiful hand carved Indian blocks and see examples of printed pieces. After a demonstration, with plenty of tips and tricks shared, you get to practice before finalising your choice of blocks and colours. By this point, we usually need cake!

You will be printing a cushion cover 50cm x 50cm with a zip for easy removal, and is made from 50% recycled cotton.

Once your master-piece is finished and dry, it can be heat-set by iron to make it colour-fast and washable, and ready to take with you!

Plenty of chatting, coffee and cake, you’ll find the session flies - we aim for enjoyment, not perfection and for you to leave with something that makes you smile!

Workshop lasts approx. 2.5hrs.
